Roxy comes off as an abrasive and irritable individual to most people; coupled with a foul mouth and short-temper, she is prone to exploding at others. Much of this stems from the somewhat rough-and-tumble nature of her home region, lending to her prickly nature. This however does not mean she is completely unsociable... she just needs some space and for folks to not be so freakin' loud and mind their own business.

She tends to see most people as "city-slickers" and tends to underestimate them. Compared to the desolate wastelands and sparse populations of Orre, she is fairly unfamiliar with the more populated cities of other regions. While she tends to have a superiority complex regarding in her words "roughed out in the toughest region in the world", she is rather naive due to being a fish-out-of-water compared to most Hoenn visitors.

While she can come off as rude, or even outright scornful; Roxy holds a strong sense of justice and a fierce competitive spirit. She values strength, but also firmly believes that said strength takes responsibility.
