[attr="class","app_bio"]Sam can sometimes come across as cold upon first meeting, even though he doesn't intend to. He usually tries his hardest to be welcoming and open towards those near him, as well as outgoing in the general eyes of the public. In reality, Sam is very asocial, and lack trust in other people due to the events that played out in his childhood. It's hard to make him not appear optimistic, despite that not being one of his biggest traits.

What is a pretty strong trait is his tolerance, it incredibly had to make him angry with the only people capable of had done so easily being his parents. He'll put up with the craziest, most obnoxious and meanest people and not let it bother him beyond mild possible annoyances, and be level-headed and cool about it all the way through. It's hard to make him outright hate someone, and despite having the capability of it, him wanting to see someone suffer is a rare case. He doesn't like to threaten people, making it a serious threat if he happens to do so, after all, he's very overprotective of those he's deemed family to the point of possessiveness. However, he is far from a dependant person, and his independence is to the point that he'll stubbornly refuse help regardless of the consequences that may befall him for it. After all, he feels like he'd be a burden to others in doing so, which is not something he wants to be.

He's assertive and prone to sarcasm, something more evident when he has to showcase a more dominant demeanour. After all, Sam is usually a modest person and doesn't like to gloat or show himself as greater than other people. That being said, when he wants to be he can be a force to be reckoned with, and the aura that flows around him demands respect from others, should they face consequences otherwise. If one were to betray him or act as if he is lesser, despite his modesty, he will show them just how wrong they are. If there is one way to tick him off, after all, its to break his trust in someone-- as his trust is like a pot of gold, hard to earn and worthwhile after. Should you break it and you're not within his own personal circle of what he's deemed family, then good luck, you're going to need it.
